I would like to take the time to thank your bank for the fantastic service it has provided me through the MD Management partnership. The service has been fantastic. The timing was extremely fast (as was required), and could not have been better in any way.

The National Bank representative was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He answered any questions I had (sometimes repeatedly), and made sure that there was nothing left to question. He even went out of his way to contact me right after I sent a fax and it did not make it through at a viable quality. This is easily my most pleasurable banking experience ever.

In a year and a half I will need to purchase a mortgage. There is no question in my mind that it is your organization I will turn to during that time period. In current times, customer service like yours is extremely unusual, and is usually ignored completely.
